Rachael serves as our Office Manager & Accounts Payable, overseeing the administrative and financial operations that keep the company running smoothly. She manages vendor invoices, processes company payments, and ensures the office stays organized and operating efficiently.
Known for her strong work ethic and attention to detail, Rachael plays a key role in maintaining structure and accountability within the office while supporting the team behind the scenes. She handles the day-to-day operations that keep everything moving and ensures the administrative side of the business stays on track.
A natural organizer, Rachael is also the driving force behind company events, putting in the work to bring the team together and strengthen the culture of the company.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her son and family. Feisty, loyal, and dependable, Rachael is a tremendous asset to the Vaz Construction Inc. team.
Monique Lopes
PROJECT COORDINATOR

Property Manager
Monique plays a key role in keeping both projects and properties running smoothly at Vaz Construction Inc. She works closely with the sales team and project manager to coordinate jobs from start to finish, handling scheduling, material ordering, client communication, and job setup.
She also manages property operations, including coordinating repairs, processing rent payments, and assisting with tenant applications, ensuring both owners and tenants have a seamless experience.
Known for her organization, responsiveness, and ability to keep things moving, Monique helps maintain efficiency across every stage of the process.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time with family, attending social events, and traveling. She is also a part-time CNA, bringing an added level of care and compassion to everything she does.
Alexandria Quiterio
Administrative
Assistant
Alexandria plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations at Vaz Construction. She assists with job costing, contract entry, and payment processing, while also helping coordinate jobs and keeping communication flowing by managing incoming calls.
Organized and dependable, Alexandria helps ensure that both internal operations and client interactions run smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, her two dogs, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

PROJECT MANAGER
Cathy sets up the day for the guys, orders materials, estimates, and oversees all masonry projects.
In Cathy’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her kids, running, and going to the gym.
Chris DeLima
Bookkeeper
Chris handles the Masonry Division’s commercial work billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and project P&L.
Chris has two children who she loves spending time with, and enjoys gardening in her spare time.

Chris brings over two decades of experience in the construction industry to his role as Project Manager at Vaz Construction Inc.
He oversees day-to-day operations on job sites, coordinating trades, managing timelines, and ensuring each phase of construction is completed to the highest standards.
Known for his strong communication and attention to detail, Chris works closely with clients, subcontractors, and the Vaz Construction Inc. team to keep projects organized and moving forward.
His hands-on approach, commitment to quality, and ability to keep projects on track make him an integral part of delivering successful projects from start to finish.
Kevin Allain
Estimator & Insurance
Claims
Specialist
With four years of experience as an independent insurance adjuster, he brings a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of the claims process to every project. His ability to bridge the gap between homeowners and insurance companies helps streamline repairs and ensures nothing gets overlooked.
At Vaz Construction, he also serves as a Class A truck driver for the masonry division, supporting field operations and keeping projects moving efficiently.
Outside of work, he coaches Brian Rose Baseball, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes and giving back to the community. When he’s not on a job site or the field, he values spending time with his son, traveling, and discovering great food along the way.
Elijah DeSousa
SALES ESTIMATOR
With over 10 years of construction experience, Elijah is one of our most knowledgeable Estimators. His primary language is English, but he’s also fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and a bit of Creole as well, leaving nothing lost in translation.
With his light hearted attitude and infectious smile, his appointments feel less like work and more like play. When a person loves what they do, it truly transfers. On his down time he enjoys art, philosophy, science, staying active, and enjoying the finer things in life with his family and friends.

Shawn Ferreira
Residential Estimator
Shawn is part of the residential estimating team at Vaz Construction, working directly with homeowners on projects ranging from siding, roofing, and windows to decks, porches, kitchens, bathrooms, interior renovations, and additions. He takes pride in providing clear, detailed estimates and helping clients understand the scope of work from start to finish.
Known for his approachable nature and strong work ethic, Shawn understands that home improvement projects are major investments and works to ensure every homeowner feels informed and confident moving forward.
Outside of work, Shawn is a devoted husband and family man. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing and coaching soccer, and making the most of every opportunity to travel and vacation.

Outside of work, Jeffrey is very family-oriented and enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He loves traveling, discovering great food, and creating memorable experiences with the people closest to him.
